Hermine Vidovic is Staff Economist at wiiw where her research focuses on labour markets and social policy. She is also country expert for Slovenia and Croatia. In this function, she also acts as a consultant to public institutions. She has been working on several studies for the DG Employment (e.g. on labour mobility in the context of enlargement, on activation policies in the Western Balkans and on employment in the gas and electricity industries in the Western Balkans), the ILO (labour markets in CEE and SEE) and Austrian authorities (effects of migration). Ms. Vidovic has obtained her M.A. degree in Economics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
