Outline

The panel discussion will look at the impact of the dissolution of the Soviet Union on European security during the last thirty years. Panelists will examine the EU's relations with Russia and its Eastern neighbours, and discuss the role of the Baltic States in formulating EU policy towards Russia and the Eastern Partnership countries. Furthermore, the panel will assess how relations between the EU, Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries might develop in the years to come.
