Isilda Mara is Economist at wiiw and country expert for Albania. Her research focuses on labour market issues, migration and social policy. She studied the effects of return migration on skills and productivity, migration patterns of Serbian immigrants in Austria and of Romanian migrants in Italy. Ms. Mara holds a Ph.D. in European Economic Studies from the University of Turin, Italy.
