Bosnia and Herzegovina experienced a relatively modest GDP decline, but the recovery may remain modest as well.
In recent months, manufacturing has benefited from the rise in metal prices, but the contraction of the construction sector continues and the relative weight of both sectors is insufficient to give the economy a vigorous push in one or the other direction.
The times of easy funding of huge current account deficits may be over, and this is likely to dampen the growth of both investment and consumption.
