One of Europe’s foremost regional economist makes the case for an industrial based growth strategy for Europe
Roberta Capello, Professor of Regional Economics at the Polytechnic University of Milan was this year´s keynote speaker at the wiiw Spring Seminar on 23 March 2015. In an interview with wiiw director Michael Landesmann she talks about future alternative growth strategies for Europe. According to her, an industrial based growth strategy is key for economic growth and cohesion in the European Union.
