Jelena Milošević is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the digital innovation processes. Since October 2024, she served as Lead of the wiiw Digital Transformation, ensuring the implementation of up-to-date IT-infrastructure and modern work technologies. She joined wiiw in 2024 and has a background in IT and research project management, interpreting and research on socio-cognitive aspects of translation. She has a university degree (M.A.) in Interpreting from the University of Graz and is currently enrolled in further education programmes on change management and psychological counselling.
