Konstantin M. Wacker is research associate at wiiw, associate professor at the University of Groningen (Netherlands), and visiting researcher at Statistics Netherlands (CBS). His research focuses at the intersection of international economics (especially FDI and export quality) and economic growth. He has worked and consulted for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank, UNU-WIDER, and the Austrian Central Bank.
