In Montenegro, prospects for the near future are rather gloomy.
In the medium term, however, the country may continue to attract investments in tourism and other tradable services.
The country expects a recovery rate of 4% in the medium term.
That may be on the optimistic side because the country's recovery hinges on recovery in the EU which may well prove disappointing.
In the ultimate analysis, growth may prove elusive, but stability should not be threatened.
