Tackling the green skills gap in North Macedonia

Abstract

The aim of this project was to tackle the pressing issue of green skill imbalances in North Macedonia. More specifically, the project sought to identify the industries that require support in generating green skills and creating/sustaining green jobs including the identification of specific green skills gaps as well as preparing policy recommendations to retrain and equip the workforce with appropriate green skills.
