Abstract

The project supported the further development of the new European Skills Forecasts. Over a five-month period, scenarios on future skills demand and supply were developed and simulated, and the results were critically assessed. In addition, Cedefop’s simulation tool was updated, technical assistance was provided for sensitivity analyses, and training was delivered to Cedefop staff.
